This week I want you all to think about making connections as you read. There are several things you can make a connection to:
1. A personal event in your life
2. Another book or movie
3. A global event
Please choose at least on thing to make a connection to. Explain what the connection is and how it helps you understand the story better.

My connection is the war. They're in a war. And I think that is why he is having the dream. Because he has seen his friends and family die right in front of him. So he keeps having the dream over and over. I sometimes have dreams like that too. But i don't tell anybody about it. I feel uncomfortable telling people about my personal life. But he doesn't because those people are in his personal life. So that is my connection.

ReplyDeletei can make a connection because my uncle went to jail for breaking and entering at my grandmas house my grandma called the police because he tried to steal somethings and he went back last year for child support this is making a connection because in my book monster had to find ways to survive just like my uncle did
